Letter from the CEO

As we step into April and officially begin our fiscal year 2026, I want to take a moment to reflect on our journey together and share some exciting developments that lie ahead.

This past year has been filled with remarkable achievements, and your support has been instrumental in navigating the challenges we faced. I’m continually inspired by the resilience and commitment you demonstrate in your businesses and communities. Thank you for your trust and partnership; we are building a brighter future together.

In this newsletter, you’ll find details about our newly launched programs designed to support your growth and success. We are thrilled to introduce our new Electrification Floorplan line, tailored to meet the demands of the evolving market. As the industry migrates to electric forklift fleets,, many dealers have developed or are developing power and battery divisions. TICF is ready to fuel this growth by introducing a specialized wholesale floorplan line for batteries and chargers. This initiative will help dealers preserve cash while ensuring you and your team have the essential inventory to meet the rising demand in this electrified market.

Additionally, we are proud to announce a new Service Vehicle line designed to provide streamlined financing solutions for the vehicles that keep your business moving. Whether you are expanding your dealership’s fleet or replacing aging service vehicles, this program offers competitive financing options and a streamlined approval process to drive your business forward.

As we celebrate these advancements, we also take pride in sharing the results of our “Perfect Letter” funding initiative for FY25. This program continues to underscore our commitment, and yours, to excellence in contract submissions, and we are excited to reveal the outcomes of your hard work.

Together, we are forging ahead into a year full of possibilities and growth. We are dedicated to continuing our role as your trusted partner, enabling you to succeed in this dynamic environment.

Here’s to a successful fiscal year filled with innovation, collaboration, and shared success!

PIE WINNERs

Exciting News Ahead: Winners of the 2025 Partners in Excellence Award to Be Announced in May.

As we look forward to the upcoming summer months, we are thrilled to remind our dealer networks about the highly anticipated Partners in Excellence awards. This recognition celebrates the top Hino Trucks and Toyota Material Handling Dealer Principals who excel in various key performance areas, showcasing outstanding dedication and achievement when financing with TICF.

In our previous celebration last October, we welcomed the 2024 winners at The Resort at Pelican Hill in Newport Beach, California. It was the second time we brought together both dealer networks for this inaugural Partners in Excellence trip, and the joy and camaraderie shared were truly remarkable. This program honors exceptional performance and fosters connections within the Hino Trucks and Toyota Material Handling dealer communities.

Looking ahead, we’re eager to announce that the 2025 Partners in Excellence Award winners will be revealed in May.

Stay tuned for more updates as we prepare for this exciting announcement.

PERFECT LETTER PROGRAM

Q4 RESULTS FY25

Q4 results are in! Dealer Group points have been issued and are available for claiming in the Elite Dealer Rewards system based on the chart below. Check it out to see where your Toyota Dealership* landed & how many points will be available to be claimed by the appropriate dealer personnel.

Congratulations, and thank you for your hard work!

Perfect Letter Bonus Points for FY25 will be announced and distributed no later than May 15, 2025.

Please note: If your dealership is not listed, it may be due to various factors, such as not having met the necessary Perfect Letter Program requirements or other EDR Program terms and conditions. If you have questions about your dealership’s status or believe there’s been an oversight, please reach out to your RSM for clarification and assistance.

Point Collection: It’s vital for dealer personnel to only claim points for deals and perfect letters that are rightfully theirs. Any attempt to claim points not directly associated with the owners could lead to removing points, ejection from the program, or potential disputes that the Dealer Principal or other appropriate party would need to resolve. Adherence to proper point collection ensures a fair and transparent allocation of points, maintaining the integrity of the EDR program.

Dealerships with multiple branch locations are rolled into one Dealer Group. Points for funded deals and perfect letters are awarded at the Dealer Group level. Any dealer personnel with access to the rewards program have the ability to claim and distribute points fairly and according to your dealership’s business structure.

Watch this instructional video to learn how to properly claim and distribute points for your Dealer Group!

We hope you continue your journey to earning more EDR points today and thank you for making TICF your finance partner of choice.

Please contact your Regional Sales Manager if you have questions about any of these reward programs.
